Our ongoing goal is to make requesting production easier for you. We are always looking for new ways to make our processes more efficient, improving on an already great system was no easy task and one that will continue to evolve. Version 2.0 is a lot of how we wanted version 1 to work plus a bunch of new stuff that makes version 1 seem like a dinosaur. Our hope is that we are making improvements based on feedback from the field.

Breaking out of the big list.
You will notice three main widgets, Open Productions, Waiting for Approval and On Hold. This new set up visually breaks up your orders and makes finding/updating orders very easy.
Web and Video orders now in one place.
Now you will see a "snapshot" of your orders both web and video. you can filter for one or the other, select view all to see a list of everything. You can toggle between web, video or see all by rolling over the black dashboard button
Drag and re-arrange your dashboard widgets.
Simply mouse over one of the three categories below "click" and hold down your mouse button, then drag up or down, release your mouse to place
Google is not the only search engine that thinks
Now you can simply type in your clients name or part of that name and our search pulls up a list of possible clients. We have also added easy access to all completed and approved orders with the click of one button.
The same only different. You'll see.
The web order is even easier than before. Boasting new technology and a ton more info on what each step or field means. Tool tips to new ways to select banner quantity, the new web order is easer and more intuitive than before.
Its your order, get what you need.
Ability to select quantity for IBV, order multiple banner types and sizes and less confusion about what the product is you are selecting. New fields on the IBV order allow you to add on those paid options like static overlays.
Thats right, the moment you’ve been waiting for.
No more box.net issues, you can upload all art files directly to blusource now. as you submit your order it will propmt you to upload, if you do not have files it will automatically set the status to needs materials, you can come back later and upload under the job number.
Question about a rate?
Now you will see a line by line breakdown of charges prior to submitting your order. If you look up you will see that you have easy access to your most current rate cards as well.
See what you want, fill out what you need.
The video order is now contained in one easy to read page, simply click on the heading you want to add info to and a panel expands to reveal a note field.
Check off the box, save a few clicks.
Your IBV order will be waiting to be filled out once you are done with the video order. The two orders will be linked so that once your video order is complete it tells the IBV order it can be scheduled.
Save and send.
You can now save out the order details along with a T&C to send to your client. You will be able to do this while filling out the order, prior to submitting.
Details, revision request and file preview.
All in one. Do everything you need to do for your order on one page . in the left Column you will see your Order Status, revision field, Upload your files and the notes field. Order details are in a collapsed panel to save space on the page for the creative to be viewed.
Access to Everyone involved.
You will see that you can email your producer by clicking on their name or you can email all which CC’s those associated with the order. You will also see a button to email preview link to client, simply click it, it open an email with the link pre-populated.
Now see everything.
Its all there, you will see a video player with every spot ordered, simply click on the video you want to view from a play list. On the web side you will see thumbnails of each banner or landing page, simply click to review. All in-banner videos will be displayed on page as well so you will know you have each one that was ordered.
Now you will see your current month only when in reports. You get a nice line graph of the year for quick reference. We removed unnecessary columns from the reports to make them easier to read and understand.
If you have multiple offices in your view you can see how they rank in overall completed totals as well as pending totals
